Just one behind the scene note. The idea of a Clash cover band came from the fact that two friends of mine and I were talking about starting a Police cover band at the time. Still want to do that, but I’d sing in a Clash cover band too. Janie Jones would be the set opener. I mean, it’s the first song on the first album…of course it’s the set opener! (By the way, this is Eric’s favorite Clash song.) Love that Tom put the London Calling poster in Panel 3.
